📋 Description

• Lead TRM's product design org as a player-coach; still design hands-on.
• Shape design to drive product, outcomes, and decisions.
• Build an agentic design culture and partner with AI.
• Manage five designers; align priorities across the portfolio.
• Evangelize design value to Sales, Eng, and execs; external visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as product designer; 3+ years leading a design team.
• Built/grown a B2B SaaS design team: hiring and retaining designers.
• Experience using AI tools in real design workflows; demo it.
• Experience designing AI-enabled product surfaces; AI vs traditional UI.
• Able to balance taste with pragmatic tradeoffs; maintain high bar.
