🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design, including 5+ years leading and managing design teams
• Managed cross-functional design, research, and content/writing
• Proven track record partnering with marketing and brand
• Deep experience with design systems: building, scaling, and velocity
• Designed for trust between people in marketplaces and communities
• AI-native with a viewpoint on AI's impact on design teams
