Head of Product Engineering

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical and product roadmap for the UA DSP, from bidding to BI.
• Unify data science, data engineering, analytics, BI and backend eng into one product function.
• Lead and mentor a ~20-person team across eng, DS, analytics; grow DS function.
• Partner with GTM/Revenue and Sales to translate opportunities into feasibility.
• Drive transition from managed-service to self-service tooling for advertisers.
• Bring engineering rigor and a product mindset; engineers who understand the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, with hands-on scaling a DSP or RTB platform.
• 5+ years in a senior engineering or product leadership role, managing 15–20+ across disciplines.
• Solid grounding in data engineering, analytics, and BI; operate across all.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
