• Lead the product roadmap and direct a small engineering/QA team.
• Frontline with merchants: demos, onboarding, and roadmap feedback.
• Drive conversion and expansion: improve onboarding and activation.
• Improve operating layer: docs, help-center content, processes.
• Use AI as a force multiplier across support, specs, docs, data.
• Shape strategy and growth motions with founders and saas.group.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in product, growth, or founder roles in B2B SaaS/e‑commerce
• Technically fluent; can scope features with engineers and read APIs
• Proven use of AI tools in real work
• Customer-facing by instinct; comfortable with demos and calls
• Self-directed; can build processes where none exist
• Commercially literate; owns metrics and pricing experiments
• Nice to have: Shopify ecosystem experience and remote teams
