Head of Product Management LIMS / LIS Clinical Diagnostics

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of LIMS/LIS product for Europe and beyond.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of up to six (POs, BAs, FAs, etc.).
• Define product vision and translate strategy into a clear roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and regulatory needs.
• Manage ideation through retirement and measure value delivery.
• Drive continuous optimization of value, cost, and UX.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior product management experience (Head of Product) in IT.
• Led multidisciplinary teams of up to six (POs, BAs, FAs).
• Strong with product lifecycles; agile/hybrid (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps) and integrations.
• Awareness of security, data privacy, regulatory compliance in enterprise IT.
• Data-driven, value/risk/effort prioritization; stakeholder management.
