Head of Product Management LIMS / LIS Clinical Diagnostics

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of LIMS/LIS for Clinical Diagnostics Europe.
• Manage a team of up to six Product Owners, BAs, and Analysts.
• Balance customer value, feasibility, compliance, and cost.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, deployment, operations, and security to deliver value.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Management experience in a complex IT environment.
• Led multidisciplinary teams of up to six (Product Owners, Analysts).
• Strong knowledge of IT product lifecycles from strategy to delivery.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, and vendors.
• Familiar with agile/hybrid delivery (Scrum and SAFe).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps).
