🎯 Requirements

• B2B SaaS Marketing: 7 to 10 years of experience, including product marketing and GTM launches.
• SMB Environments: Experience reaching and converting small and mid-sized business customers.
• People Leadership: Proven experience leading a marketing team and building workflows.
• Strategic GTM Thinking: Ability to connect product strategy to market execution.
• Hands-on Campaign Execution: Ability to plan and ship campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to align Product, Sales and Support without friction.
