Head of Product Operations

📋 Description

• Identify dysfunctions in Product Leaders' processes and propose improvements.
• Manage cross-department projects and provide transparent status updates.
• Lead OKR planning sessions and bi-weekly strategic reviews.
• Form and lead a Product Operations team; monitor roadmap health.
• Support metrics and data; assist Finance with R&D capitalization.
• Collaborate with senior leaders; align cross-functional priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as COO or in Product Management / Ownership, Product Operations.
• Familiarity with OKR planning and roadmap building.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and new templates/tools.
• Understanding business and product metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian is a plus.
