• 8+ years in product operations, PM, or strategy in complex orgs.
• Deep expertise in planning systems, governance, cadences, metrics.
• Strong judgment on ownership vs governance; influence senior leaders.
• Analytical and executive communication; turn ambiguity into insights.
• Experience modernizing workflows and tooling in AI-enabled products.
