• Define and execute vision for Malt's payment architecture and partners
• Bridge Finance, Legal and Tech for scalable transactional experience
• Own benchmarking and assessment of PSPs and payment methods
• Drive multi-currency, cross-border marketplace transactions
• Transform cash advance and factoring setups to limit risk
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance Ops on working capital and AML compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech/product leadership in platform or B2B marketplace fintech
• Mastery of PSPs, international banking networks, cross-border escrow and factoring
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales, procurement/P2P, unit economics
• Strong cross-functional leadership; thrives in ambiguity and clear decisions
