📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap from pre-launch through scale, balancing zero-to-one innovation with
• Define and prioritize features that drive member engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes
• Establish clear product metrics, success criteria, and feedback loops to rapidly iterate and
• Partner with clinical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure product decisions meet healthcare
• Design AI-first product experiences that leverage agentic capabilities, conversational interfaces
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure AI model performance, accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI products or
• Proven track record launching 0-to-1 products and scaling them to significant user bases
• Deep experience with AI-first product development, including working with LLMs, designing agentic
• Strong product sense for consumer experiences, particularly in products requiring sustained
• Experience in B2C or consumer tech companies, with demonstrated expertise in growth, activation
• Nuanced understanding of different AI models, their capabilities and limitations, and how to
