📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of security and software engineers.
• Own Harvey's Identity and Access Management strategy across environments.
• Build scalable authentication, authorization, and access governance systems.
• Develop the security tooling ecosystem to empower engineering teams.
• Partner with Infra, Platform Eng, Product Security, and Compliance to embed security in SDLC.
• Drive automation-first security controls to reduce burden and increase coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software, infra, or security engineering with leadership.
• Experience building large-scale IAM, authentication, or access management systems.
• Strong software engineering to build production-grade platforms and developer-facing infra.
• Led security engineering teams in high-growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and modern architectures.
• Ability to translate security requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
