📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap for Product Solution Design.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, researchers, and writers.
• Drive user-centric, accessible design for Coins products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Biz for cohesive experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end design: discovery to final UI.
• Implement design systems and scalable tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design/UX, with 4+ in leadership.
• Experience designing at scale in fintech/crypto/payments/e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio in design strategy and end-to-end design.
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments.
