Head of Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the PMO within Safran.AI Solutions & Service line
• Manage and mentor Project Managers across projects
• Oversee resource allocation for quarterly engineering and solutions launches
• Define performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Sales, Markets, Engineering, Product, Legal and other teams
• Ensure client satisfaction from pre-sales to operational deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally in tech, industrial or defense
• Proven experience in team management and talent development
• Strong expertise in complex project management and standard methodologies
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong synthesis and communication skills in French and English
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
