• Lead rapid responses; draft statements with agency comms.
• Operate with discretion inside confidential, approval-gated environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in strategic communications / public affairs with government experience.
• Proven ownership of high-stakes external communications and senior-level positioning.
• Comfort with government review, message clearance, and approvals; confidentiality.
• Exceptional writing and message framing; sound judgment in fast-moving moments.
• AI-fluent in how modern communications work, with a proactive experimentation mindset.
• Based in (or highly present in) Washington, DC.
