📋 Description

• Lead R&D across formulation, product development, and manufacturing.
• Drive scale-up and innovation across soaps, deodorants, body/hair/skincare.
• Translate science into actionable recommendations for execs and partners.
• Balance speed, quality, and formulation integrity in fast-growth.
• Collaborate with Unilever and cross-functional teams to align product strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive R&D leadership in personal care or consumer products.
• Deep hands-on formulation experience; bench time required.
• Proven scale-up with external manufacturers and co-manufacturers.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives, commercial, and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
