• Solid experience in design, product development, range management or category management within an
• Ability to define a clear design direction and translate it into practical design briefs and
• Strong understanding of Scandinavian design, including colours, materials, functionality and visual
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, using customer insights, sales data and profitability to
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in leading and developing colleagues
