📋 Description

• Execute a regional real estate strategy that aligns with Waymo's long-term expansion plans.
• Work with external support to source infrastructure in the assigned territory.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of complex real estate transactions, from site selection and financial
• Act as a real estate advisor to internal stakeholders, including Operations, Product, and Business
• Prepare and present comprehensive real estate strategies, site analyses, and deal summaries.
• Manage relationships and performance of key external partners, including brokers, landlords

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a specialty in industrial
• Highly proficient real estate acumen, including complex lease transactions, financial analysis, and
• Demonstrated leadership experience building, managing, and mentoring diverse teams of real estate
• Experience implementing and scaling charging infrastructure for an electric vehicle fleet
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
• Experience partnering closely with facilities, eMobility, and property management stakeholders.
