  • Own regional sales performance across Northeast (NY, MA, CT, NJ)

  • Extensive experience in insurance sales leadership (property/personal lines)
  • Proven success leading regional sales teams with measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of Northeast markets, agency distribution, regulatory considerations
  • Data-driven with experience using CRM, dashboards, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence senior leaders
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
