📋 Description

• Manage and foster productive relationships and interactions between Brex business functions and
• Lead preparation and oversee execution of regulatory exams and other supervisory engagements
• Build and run the program management infrastructure for regulatory commitments: intake, tracking
• Identify potential risk areas and advise on corrective actions, ensuring remediation efforts are
• Provide thought leadership and strategic advisory support to senior management and the board
• Synthesize trends across the external landscape and individual regulatory engagements, driving

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing of the bar of at least one U.S. state
• 8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, risk management, audit, consulting, or
• 5+ years of experience working directly with banking regulators (e.g., OCC, Federal Reserve, FDIC
• Significant experience supporting integrated projects or programs where senior leaders and external
• Working knowledge of commercial financial products (cards, payments, deposits, lending) and the
