Head of Rental & Leasing

📋 Description

• Own the product, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and execution for Geotab's Rental and Leasing
• Develop and maintain deep expertise across Car Rental and Leasing, Truck Rental and Leasing, and
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise operators, customers, industry associations, channel
• Make principled build, buy, and partner decisions by leveraging Geotab's platform, solution
• Serve as the authoritative advocate for rental and leasing customers across product domains
• Lead a coordinated cross-channel go-to-market motion with Marketing, Business Development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a product or go-to-market role within the rental and leasing, fleet
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience leading product development teams and 3+
• Deep knowledge of vehicle rental and leasing business models, fleet management practices
• Strong commercial, product development, go-to-market, partner management, and market development
• Proven ability to lead across functions and influence without direct authority, partnering
• Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, analytical, and business
