📋 Description

• Own FY-26 Retail Thesis and operating plan
• Translate thesis into geos, channels, placement, timing
• Lead 3–5 lighthouse markets with depth over scatter
• Design a hybrid RTM model: distributors, brokers, internal team
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing retail org
• Own in-store execution: placement, displays, pricing, education
• Build field presence: train staff, run demos, capture insights
• Align retail strategy with Growth, Marketing, Ops, and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Scaled retail or wholesale channels at a high-growth CPG
• Fluent with distributors, brokers, field teams, and key accounts
• Data-driven: velocity, reorder behavior, contribution margin
• Experienced hiring and leading sales, field, and ops teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity, testing hypotheses, learning from data
• Owner mindset with conviction; when to push or pause
• Able to create accountability in the real world
