Head of Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Lead GTM analytics and reporting strategy for funnel visibility.
• Own forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, and unit economics.
• Build executive dashboards and models for proactive GTM decisions.
• Own and optimize GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and tools such as Gong, Replit, Lovable, Hex, Looker, Notion, Claude.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency and insight.
• Define RevOps roadmap and partner with GTM leadership for prioritization and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 12 to 15 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Director-level leadership with people management responsibility.
• Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS business from $50M to $100M+ ARR.
• Deep analytics, reporting, forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline analysis, and unit economics.
• Strong data visualization and experience with modern analytics tools.
• CRM/GTM systems ownership, with Salesforce experience preferred.
