Head of Risk

📋 Description

• Lead Trust & Safety for a fast-scaling peer-to-peer marketplace
• Own fraud prevention, identity verification, investigations, and moderation
• Build scalable operating model, workflows, and tooling
• Drive down fraud losses and platform risk with measurable metrics
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ship tooling with impact
• Own high-severity incident response across Legal, Engineering, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Operations, or Risk Management
• 5+ years leading people, including managers or senior ICs
• Track record of building or scaling a Trust & Safety or marketplace-integrity function
• Ability to turn operational problems into systems and influence roadmaps
• Experience reporting metrics to executive stakeholders
• English fluency, written and spoken (C1+)
