  • Align with Legal, Product, and Engineering on policy and risk.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Operations, or Risk Management
  • 5+ years of people leadership including managers or senior ICs
  • Proven track record building/scaling Trust & Safety or marketplace integrity
  • Ability to turn ops problems into systems; influence cross-functional roadmaps
  • Experience reporting metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Background in high-growth marketplace or consumer internet
