📋 Description

• Design and maintain a comprehensive risk mgmt framework across risk types
• Define risk appetite with senior management and board
• Oversee risk monitoring and reporting to execs and board
• Escalate and mitigate emerging risks; support governance with risk reviews
• Contribute to ICAAP and stress testing under PRU/GEN rules
• Ensure independence of risk and integration into governance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, etc.
• Extensive risk mgmt exp in exchanges, markets, or crypto infra
• Knowledge of ADGM framework and risk principles for market infra
• Experience overseeing risk across market, liquidity, operational resilience, etc.
• Regulator/Board interaction and strong stakeholder mgmt
• Analytical, communicative, and forward-looking risk leader
