Establish and lead Paytm Europe's Risk Management function.
Design and implement Paytm Europe's Risk Management Framework, Appetite & policies.
Develop methodologies to identify, assess, monitor and report risks.
Ensure the framework aligns with CSSF, EBA, DORA and European regs.
Lead risk governance as second line of defence; challenge to executives.
Oversee operational, technology, cyber, outsourcing and resilience risks.

🎯 Requirements

Senior risk management in regulated financial services.
Strong ERM, Operational, IT Risk and Risk Appetite knowledge.
Knowledge of DORA, EBA Guidelines, PSD2.
Experience presenting to Boards and regulators.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.
