🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years risk and product strategy in consumer lending, cards, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of credit card economics end to end.
• Proven track record embedding risk into product with core risk logic.
• Ability to operate across onboarding, underwriting, and collections.
• Strong SQL fluency; comfortable with ML models and data tooling.
• Nice-to-have ML/Python modeling familiarity.
