📋 Description

• Lead revenue growth for Captify within Verve UK & International.
• Develop scalable sales strategies; expand agency & brand partnerships; drive revenue across media, data & measurement.
• Build a high-performing, data-driven sales organisation and culture.
• Influence Product, Marketing, Customer Success and external agencies/brands.
• Represent Captify as a thought leader at industry events.
• Maintain expert knowledge of ad tech, competitors, AI and retail media.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or ad tech.
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership.
• Proven track record exceeding revenue targets in ad tech/programmatic.
• Strong relationships with agencies, advertisers, and platform partners.
• Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, data platforms.
• Expertise in CTV/OTT programmatic advertising and measurement.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Excellent leadership, communication, forecasting, and negotiation.
