📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in sales/commercial ops, with 3+ years leading large/distributed teams.
  • Experience in high-growth environments with large, distributed sales networks.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets across multi-branch networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of revenue, margin, and capital efficiency.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making; ERP systems knowledge.
