  • Oversee end-to-end device financing from product to onboarding and repayment.
  • Manage relationships with financing partners, banks, lenders, and technology providers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • 5+ years in sales leadership in fintech/consumer finance/telecom.
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams in fast-growth markets.
  • Strong background building and managing dealer/retail networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen; translate financial data into sales strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and people management of mid-level and field teams.
  • University degree in Business/Finance/Economics; MBA a plus; English.
