📋 Description

• Own and deliver revenue targets across new business, account expansion, and net revenue retention
• Define and continuously refine the sales strategy, including account-planning methodologies
• Build a scalable and repeatable commercial engine that enables predictable pipeline generation
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales organization across multiple geographies and cultures
• Personally lead the most complex and strategically important enterprise opportunities, guiding
• Establish a disciplined sales operating rhythm, maintaining accurate forecasting, strong CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise B2B SaaS sales organizations and consistently delivering
• Experience building, scaling, and managing distributed sales or presales teams across different
• Strong knowledge of an established enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or
• Ability to create the sales playbooks, account-planning frameworks, operating cadences, and
• Proven ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, particularly on
• Working knowledge of agentic AI, lab-in-the-loop approaches, and in-silico methods, with the
