Head of Security & Privacy Engineering

📋 Description

• Own all aspects of Security, Privacy, and Compliance across the company.
• Develop and enforce security and privacy policies; ensure org-wide compliance.
• Lead cybersecurity incident response and continuous risk assessment programs.
• Partner with executive team to align security strategy with business goals.
• Oversee compliance with GLBA, FFIEC, SOC 2, and other frameworks.
• Lead security initiatives for AI-powered products and cloud infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years cybersecurity leadership in financial services.
• AI & Generative AI security mindset: securing AI platforms/LLM workflows.
• Cloud security expertise: AWS, IAM, network and container security.
• Security architecture & DevSecOps: security-by-design across APIs, microservices, CI/CD.
• Data security & privacy engineering: encryption, IAM, threat modeling.
• Regulatory & compliance leadership: GLBA, FFIEC, SOC 2.
