Head of / Senior Director of FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead global FP&A budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Liaise between CEO, CFO, CRO and leadership
• Own integrated P&L forecasting and variance analysis
• Build data and AI foundations for FP&A
• Drive automation across FP&A workflows
• Based in London or Singapore

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance/IB/PE in a high-growth global business
• Deep experience in integrated financial modelling (top-line, COGS, Opex)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Comfortable with large datasets and SQL
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools to automate analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication
