📋 Description

• Lead global SEO/AEO strategy and execution to drive organic growth
• Scale SEO/AEO into acquisition channels; own channel forecasts and budget
• Manage in-house team and external partners; advocate AI-mediated discovery in AI search
• Office-based hybrid with San Francisco or Vancouver options

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in SEO with senior leadership in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to scale organic into revenue-generating channels globally
• Experience owning PLG and SLG motions, with trial starts, MQLs, and pipeline accountability
• Hands-on with AEO, content strategy, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals
• Strong measurement, data-driven prioritization, SQL skills, and attribution modeling
• Executive presence; ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership
