Head of Shared Service Centre

📋 Description

• Lead global strategy for Transactional Finance across Billing, Credit & Collections, AP and Procurement
• Own end-to-end operational performance of O2C and P2P processes
• Drive working capital optimization (DSO/DPO, billing cycles, cash conversion)
• Deliver transformation and automation across finance ops and supporting systems
• Ensure governance, financial controls and compliance across transactional processes
• Act as senior escalation point for complex financial/operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in global finance operations and transactional leadership
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Proven track record leading large, multi-functional teams
• Experience in finance transformation, automation and process improvement
• Strong understanding of working capital, cash flow and metrics
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments (desirable)
