  • Shape Brazil commercial strategy with Americas leaders.
  • Build, lead SME team: Recruit SD, AE, and Channel Partnerships.
  • Close deals as IC; lead team; drive lifecycle growth (acq/activate/retain/upsell).
  • Partner with Global Marketing and Product on campaigns and UX.
  • Represent Airwallex at key Brazilian SME events.
  • Based in Sao Paulo; in-office attendance required.

  • 8+ years GTM experience, incl top-tier consulting or growth firms.
  • 5+ years leading GTM teams (sales, acct mgmt, marketing).
  • Experience building multi-channel customer acquisition in B2B.
  • Proven ability to scale high-performing commercial teams.
  • Direct experience and connections in Brazilian fintech.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
