  • 5+ years in ecommerce/marketplace/creator commerce with strong P&L ownership.
  • Proven People Leader; experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in Creator Economy; deep knowledge of affiliate programs and social commerce.
  • Strategic Relationship Builder with platform partnerships (TikTok, Amazon, Walmart).
  • Data-driven and financially savvy; comfortable with budgets and metrics.
  • Executive Communicator; translate performance into senior leadership metrics.
  • Platform Native; TikTok Shop experience and LIVE commerce familiarity.
