• Plan social strategy for major moments; translate complex material for broad audiences.
• Lead reactive issue/incident communications on social; coordinate with legal and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading social communications and response under public scrutiny.
• Proven track record of growing audiences and deepening engagement and trust.
• Exceptional writing skills; mastery of nuanced brand voice across technical depth and tone.
• Experience across Communications and Marketing; understands organic social and brand/product marketing.
• Experience managing multi-brand or company-plus-product social ecosystems with coherent voices.
• Led social channels through crises with clear escalation frameworks and rapid judgment.
