🎯 Requirements

8+ years in social media or brand marketing, with real experience leading and growing a team.
A track record of building social programs at a brand people actually talk about.
Genuine cultural fluency in American culture.
Experience partnering with Communications, PR, or Brand Partnerships teams.
A leadership style that empowers people.
Strong executive presence.
