• Scale and lead the Platform Engineering function - CI/CD, observability, edge compute, and the

🎯 Requirements

• You've led multi-level software engineering organizations at a startup, including managing
• You've owned a production SaaS platform end to end: uptime, on-call, release engineering, and the
• You have real depth in cloud infrastructure and DevOps - deep enough to review a platform design
• You know what it takes to deploy solutions in the cloud and on premises. Performance deltas and
• You define what done means, you unblock the team, and you are well versed in Radical Candor
• You love startups. You're highly engaged, you control the chaos, you rally when it's crunch time
