📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Americas Solutions Architecture team across US & Canada
• Drive Revenue Growth by partnering with Sales on technical sales strategies
• Build Repeatable Solution Practices: scalable methodologies, playbooks, and roadmaps
• Own Strategic Customer Engagements: lead technical engagements with executive stakeholders
• Architect Enterprise AI Solutions: design secure, scalable AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-prem
• Shape Product Direction with Product & Engineering to influence roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 8+ years in Solutions Architecture with 5+ years leading customer-facing teams
• People Leadership: hiring, coaching, developing high-performing teams
• Consulting Mindset: leading complex enterprise engagements with business cases
• Technical Expertise: AI architectures incl. LLMs, agentic AI, cloud and security
• Commercial Acumen: partner with Sales to influence strategic deals
• Enterprise Experience: designing and delivering enterprise tech in regulated settings
