Head of Solutions Engineering, EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead Scale’s Solutions Engineering across EMEA, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Define and operate repeatable pre-sales processes and playbooks to accelerate pilots and production
• Build and scale a distributed Solutions Engineering organization across multiple markets.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, and PoCs to translate pilots into production success.
• Represent Scale’s platform to executives, technical stakeholders, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar, with 4+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience scaling technical pre-sales teams across multiple markets.
• Strong cloud architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and API-driven product knowledge.
• Hands-on technical ability to build prototypes and guide teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, and modern model deployment practices.
• Executive presence and credibility with technical and business leaders.

Nice to Have

• Background in AI infrastructure or ML operations.
• Experience across enterprise, government, and startup ecosystems.
• Understanding of regional AI, data, and privacy regulations.
• Experience launching new markets or scaling teams during rapid growth.
