📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing sourcing and procurement team.
• Architect and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect sourcing.
• Manage strategic relationships with manufacturing and service providers to ensure supply, quality
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies, including AI-driven procurement to improve
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product to align procurement roadmaps
• Scale global manufacturing partnerships and negotiate strategic commercial deals to optimize total

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in supply chain development, sourcing, and materials management (direct and indirect
• 5+ years of team management in multinational, dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent with strong engineering background.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional
• Travel to supplier locations as needed.
