• Help evolve the UK&I Sports strategy and translate it into clear strategic priorities and
• Lead strategic Sports reviews to optimise investment across product, proposition and marketing.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and competitive threats through customer, market, competitor
• Align cross-functional teams behind strategic priorities, measures of success and investment
• Lead strategic projects and develop business cases to support leadership decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Sports products and customer needs.
• Proven experience developing and delivering commercial, customer or portfolio strategies in
• Proven ability to translate strategy into choices, investment priorities and actionable plans.
• Strong track record of influencing senior leadership teams to drive alignment and execution.
