Head of SRE

📋 Description

• Own the SRE strategy, standards, roadmap, and execution.
• Assess infrastructure and processes; identify modernization needs.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure prod environments on cloud.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, uptime targets, and reliability standards.
• Establish robust monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability.
• Design incident mgmt, RCA, escalation, and postmortems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in SRE/Production Engineering/DevOps.
• Strong cloud infra expertise; AWS or Azure preferred.
• IaC with Terraform; Kubernetes experience.
• Experience maturing SRE practices within an engineering org.
• Success improving uptime, reliability, performance, and processes.
