Head of SRE

📋 Description

• Own the overall SRE strategy and roadmap across engineering teams.
• Assess infra and processes; modernize or rebuild where needed.
• Architect and maintain secure, scalable production environments in cloud.
• Define SLI/SLOs, uptime targets, reliability standards.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, logging, observability practices.
• Design incident management, root-cause analysis, postmortems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in SRE, Production Engineering, DevOps, or similar.
• Strong cloud infra expertise; AWS or Azure experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform IaC and Kubernetes.
• Experience maturing SRE practices within an org.
• Demonstrated success in uptime, reliability, performance, and ops.
• CI/CD, automation, observability, and modern delivery practices.
