📋 Description

• Hands-on engineering leader for SRE initiatives.
• Define reliability standards and improve observability and automation.
• Scale Security, reliability, and performance of AI production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, data, and ML teams.
• Build incident management and delivery processes.
• Lead and grow the SRE organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in SRE/Production Eng/DevOps.
• Strong cloud infra experience (AWS or Azure preferred).
• Terraform IaC and Kubernetes experience.
• Experience maturing SRE practices within an org.
• Proven uptime, reliability, performance improvements.
• Understanding of CI/CD, observability, and modern delivery.
