📋 Description

• Lead the EMEA Strategics team to consistent, forecastable delivery quarter over quarter across a
• Coach and manage a team of ~5–6 Strategic Account Managers covering our most important banks, asset
• Drive multi-year deal execution, lock in early renewals, and structure enterprise agreements that
• Coach the team through complex commercial motions — MSAs, procurement, legal review, and executive
• Run weekly segment reviews focused on deals moved, deals at risk, pipeline health, and
• Set the operating cadence for the segment. Enforce our 3-day office minimum, and drive territory

🎯 Requirements

• Have 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 4+ years leading strategic or
• Have personally carried and consistently exceeded a large individual quota on multi-million-dollar
• Bring a consultative approach to selling and want to become a strategic partner to our clients
• Have deep familiarity with capital markets, credit, or the debt markets ecosystem across credit
• Have led teams through multi-year deal execution and understand what it takes to secure meaningful
• Can coach reps through complex procurement, MSA negotiation, legal review, and executive alignment
