Head of Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Drive fundraising strategy, investor materials, and board reporting with CFO/IR.
• Analyze initiatives: AOP, M&A, partnerships, capital markets, fundraising.
• Advise executive management on financial and strategic implications of investments.
• Build ad-hoc analyses: scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, contingency planning.
• Manage the long-term planning process with FP&A and cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading Strategic Finance in high-growth environments.
• Experience in SaaS/tech with AI/ML market dynamics and pricing.
• Strong enterprise FP&A systems knowledge and data visualization skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling, incl. M&A and fundraising.
• Executive-level presentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate complex finance into actionable insights.
